I think the picture says it all. The first thing I am doing different is stopping the drive thru again. It doesn't matter if it is for coffee. It doesn't matter if it the ATM. It doesn't matter if am starving. I just can't go anymore. I think that it is step one for sure or at least part of phase I. The other is no more fast food. Eating 95% of my meals at home. Don't care what it is as long as it is not fast food, or other crap. I don't have to be perfect during phase I, just have to be better. Maybe in a week or so we will move on to Phase II adding a salad every day.
