I got home and looked at my Fitbit and I only had 6000 steps. Actually a little under that. My five day streak of 10000 steps was in jeopardy. It was already 7:20, my legs hurt. I got inside and there was a very excited puppy greeting me. She wanted to walk so we started walking and I felt great and needed to keep walking. So I did and two miles later I had 10000 steps and I was pumped up and very happy. The dog helps so much! Knowing I have to walk her morning and night, have isn't realty the word. I want to walk her and so I do and we just go, go, go. :-)
