what i should do



I should go ride the bike for 20 minutes.  I don’t want to ride the bike for 20 minutes, but I should go none the less.  I am only asking for 20 minutes.  You are 40 now.  Your time is running out.  You can’t live like you have been.  You have to get back on track.  Sure the medicine is helping, but eating sugar laden products is holding you back.  When was the last time you moved? Sunday?  You have a treadmill test on Monday and you are thinking about cancelling b/c you know how out of shape you have become.  You are not doing anything but waiting out traffic.  Work is done.  You’re done.  Go ride for 20 minutes.  Then fix your dinner and head south.  GO!  GO! GO!
